Who we are 

TK Lifestyle Properties are a specialist HMO property management and investment company based in the South West of England. We have been established since April 2019. 
We primarily work with landlords to help take the stress out of renting by managing their properties for them. From bills and maintenance to securing tenants and looking after the property, we cover all aspects of property management, whilst providing our landlords with their monthly rental income. 
We focus on moving our professional tenants into the properties on a room-by-room basis and providing them with quality accommodation at fair rents. 
In addition, we provide property investment advice to people wishing to obtain a high rate of return on their capital.

Meet the Directors TK Lifestyle Properties Limited is owned by Troy Badaloo and Kayleigh Pritchett. 

Troy and Kayleigh are both passionate about property and about providing quality accommodation for professional tenants. As experienced landlords, they know how important it is to have your property managed by a competent and trustworthy team. 
Troy’s background is accounting. He is a qualified MAAT accountant, is strong-willed, dedicated and optimistic. He deals with the finances of the business, as well as sourcing deals. 
Kayleigh has a strong background of business administration and operations. She has studied Levels 2 and 3 in Business Administration. Kayleigh is fun-loving, passionate and hardworking. She deals with the operations and admin side of the business.
